院外指导对老年肿瘤康复期患者的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨院外指导对老年肿瘤康复期患者的应用效果。方法采用随机数字表法将91例老年肿瘤康复期患者随机分为干预组(46例)和对照组(45例),对照组患者采用常规健康教育,不施加干预;干预组患者则由责任护士在出院后给予院外指导。比较两组患者干预6个月后的生活质量情况。结果 6个月后,干预组46例患者中,经自评得分≥6分35例,占76.1%;对照组45例患者中,自评得分≥6分24例,占53.3%。干预组的自我护理执行情况自评明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组患者干预后的生活质量评分表评分中,活动能力、日常生活、健康感受、生活感受和总分等评分结果均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对肿瘤康复期患者进行个体化的院外指导可有效提高患者的心理健康程度和社会活动能力,提高患者的生活质量量,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of guidance outside hospital on the rehabilitation of pa- tients with tumors in the elderly. Methods This study according to the random number table method in elderly patients with tumor rehabilitation period were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, the control group with routine health education, without intervention. Intervention group patients by nurses in the hospital after discharge to give guidance compared two groups of patients with the intervention of life quality after 6 months. Results After 6 months, score ≥ 6 points in the intervention group were 35 cases, accounting for 46 of patients（76. 09% ） ; score ≥ 6 points in the control group were 24 cases, ac- counting for 45 of patients （53.33%） ; the statistical analysis found that the implementation of self nursing intervention group self-evaluation was better than the control group （ x2 = 5.17, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Intervention quality of life score results in activities, daily life, health, life experience and total score were significantly better than control group patients （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The individual hospital on patients with tumor rehabilitation instructions can effectively improve patients mental health level and social activity abihty, im- prove the quality of life of patients. It is worthy of clinical use.
