基于现代针灸教材对腹胀的“同功穴”分析

摘　　要：目的总结针灸教材中治疗腹胀的＂同功穴＂选取规律,整理规律谱,证明＂同功穴＂的提出与发现对临床疗效的提高具有重要的指导意义。方法计算机检索结合人工检索,检索出主治腹胀的腧穴;重点分析其归经、部位、频次,总结出规律谱;将规律谱与《腧穴主治·国家标准GB/T30233-2013》以及现代文献加以对比分析。结果腹胀的＂同功穴＂共计115个,其中胃经、脾经、膀胱经分布较多,胸腹部、下肢部分布居多。将教材中出现频次在26~22次的腧穴作为腹胀同功穴的1级谱,共32个;将出现频次在20~3次的腧穴作为腹胀同功穴的2级谱,共47个;将出现频次在2~1次的腧穴作为腹胀同功穴的3级谱,共36个。而1级谱中的32个同功穴与《腧穴主治·国家标准GB/T30233-2013》以及自1959—2014年的27篇现代文献比较,发现存在着高度的一致性。结论腹胀的＂同功穴＂规律谱的总结为临床上治疗腹胀如何简便而有效地选穴提供了依据。Objective Conclusion acupuncture and textbooks of abdominal distension in the textbooks of ＂analogous acupuncture point＂selection rules,organize regular spectrum,prove ＂analogous point＂is put forward and found to improve the clinical curative effect is of important guiding significance. Methods The computer retrieval combined with manual retrieval,retrieval out attending bloating and gas; Key analysis with the classics,place,frequency,sums up the law of spectrum; Spectrum will rule and the acupoints indications. The national standard GB / T30233-2013 ＂,and to compare analysis of modern literature. Acupuncture treatment of abdominal distension in the textbooks of ＂analogous acupuncture point＂selection rules,organize regular spectrum,prove ＂analogous point＂is put forward and found to improve the clinical curative effect is of important guiding significance. Results Abdominal distension ＂analogous point＂a total of 115,including stomach,spleen,bladder by the distribution is more,the chest,the leg department distribution in the majority. Will appear in the textbooks of frequency in 26-22 acupoints as abdominal distension analogous point level spectrum,a total of 32,there will be a frequency in the 20 ~ 3 times of acupoints as abdominal distension with the secondary spectrum hole,a total of 47,there will be a frequency as abdominal distension in 2-1 times of analogous point of level 3,a total of 36. And the spectrum of 32 analogous acupuncture point and the acupoints indications. The national standard GB / T30233-2013,and since 1959-2014 27 piece of modern literature,found that there is a high degree of consistency. Conclusion Abdominal distension of the end of the spectrum＂analogous point＂of the law on the clinical treatment of abdominal distention how simple and effective hole plays an important guidance to choose.
