摘　　要：卵泡发育不良的治疗,中医从肾气亏虚这一病机出发,结合肾主生殖的观点,利用中药补肾填精法,从而达到促进卵泡发育的治疗目的。西医治疗的主要手段为药物促排,提高体内促性腺激素水平,从而调控下丘脑—垂体—卵巢轴的功能活动,最终促使卵泡发育成熟及排卵。近年来大量的中医文献研究更是结合现代医学理论,多方面、多角度地验证对卵泡发育不良的治疗方法,并开拓了更广的研究思路。采用中西医结合治疗,各取所长,互相弥补,在采用西药促排的同时使用天然补肾中药,着手于整体调理,以提高疗效,缩短治疗时间。The treatment of follicular dysplasia,the kidney is in charge of reproduction,therefore the Chinese Medicine treatment process will target kidney qi deficiency pathogenesis. promotes the treatment of follicular development. Western medicine treatment plans for this disease mainly employ drugs for promoting ovulation. They can improve the body＇s gonadotropin levels,and thus regulate the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis function activity,leading to follicular maturation and ovulation. In recent years a large number of literature research is combined with modern medical theory of traditional Chinese medicine,many aspects and angles to verify for the treatment of follicular dysplasia,and opens up a wider research train of thought,adopt combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,from each director,make up for each other,at the same time using western medicine,to promote natural kidney by traditional Chinese medicine,to whole regulation,in order to improve the therapeutic effect,shorten the treatment time,provides guidance basis for clinical treatment.
