中西医结合治疗子宫肌瘤

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法 50例子宫肌瘤患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。对照组患者单纯西医治疗。从月经第1天起每晚睡前口服10 mg的米非司酮,1次/d,3个月为1个疗程;观察组患者中西医结合治疗:在对照组治疗的基础上,服用桂枝茯苓丸加味和少腹逐瘀汤加减,1剂/d,2次/d,3个月为1个疗程。结果观察组痊愈率和总有效率56%(14/25)和96%(24/25),明显比对照组24%(6/25)和72%(18/25)高(P<0.05);治疗前2组患者的子宫肌瘤平均体积之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者的子宫肌瘤平均体积明显比对照组小(P<0.05),平均缩小率明显比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论桂枝茯苓丸、少腹逐瘀汤化瘀消,对少腹胀痛等进行有效的治疗,平衡内分泌,对肌瘤生长进行有效抑制,从而恢复子宫常态。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of combination therapy of uterine fibroids. Methods The 50 cases of uterine fibroids patients were divided into observation group and control group according to a random number table,25 cases in each group. The control group of patients were given western medicine,this group of patients from menstruation once a day from 10 mg of mifepristone orally at bedtime,3 months for a course of treatment; while the observation group of patients were given western medicine combination therapy. In the control group on the basis of this group of patients using traditional Chinese medicine treatment plus,so this group of patients taking GFW flavored and Shaofuzhuyu decoction,1 day,2 times a day,for a 3-month course of treatment. Results The overall cure rate of patients in the observation group and treatment efficiency of 56%（ 14 /25） and 96%（ 24 /25） were significantly higher than the control group,24%（ 6 /25） and 72%（ 18 /25）（ P〈 0. 05）; differences in the treatment of uterine fibroids average volume between the two groups of patients before were not significant（ P 〉0. 05）; uterine fibroids average volume observed in patients after treatment was significantly lower than the control group（ P 〈0. 05）,The average reduction rate was significantly higher than the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion GFW flavored main role for stasis eliminate disease,lower abdomen by silt soup can on the lower abdomen pain and other effective treatment,Treating can effectively balance the endocrine,effectively inhibit the growth of fibroids,which effectively restored normal uterus.
