痒停擦剂抗炎止痒作用实验研究

摘　　要：目的对痒停擦剂的抗炎、止痒和抗过敏作用进行实验研究,为其临床应用提供科学依据。方法分别采用豚鼠局部瘙痒、二甲苯致小鼠耳肿、蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀和小鼠迟发型超敏反应模型评价痒停擦剂止痒、抗炎及抗过敏作用。结果痒停擦剂能降低磷酸组胺所致豚鼠局部瘙痒的阈值(P<0.01);减轻二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀率和蛋清致大鼠足跖肿程度(P<0.05,P<0.01);降低5%DNCB至小鼠耳廓迟发性超敏反应模型的耳肿程度(P<0.01)。结论痒停擦剂具有止痒、抗炎、抑制迟发超敏反应及调节免疫功能的药理作用。Objective Study on the pharmacological effect of Yangting embrocation anti-inflammatory,anti-pruritus and antianaphylaxis. Methods Respectively used Guinea pigs to the local itching,mice ear swelling caused by xylene and egg white in rats foot metatarsus swelling and delayed-type hypersensitivity in mice model to evaluate stop itch liniment itching,anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects. Results Yangting embrocation could increase itch-threshold of cavy caused by histamine phosphate（ P 〈0. 01）,reduce the rate of mouse ear swelling caused by xylene and egg white degree of swell in rats（ P 〈0. 05,P 〈0. 01）,reduce 5% DNCB to mice auricle late-onset allergic reaction model of the ear swelling degree（ P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion Yangting embrocation has the pharmacological effects of antipruritus,anti-inflammatory,antianaphylaxis,inhibiting delayed-type hypersensitivity and adjusts the immune function.
