肿瘤血瘀证和活血化瘀药对血管生成的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤血瘀证和活血化瘀药对血管生成的作用,探索活血化瘀药对血管生成的抑制、促进和血管生成正常化作用,为活血化瘀药在肿瘤治疗中的临床应用提供了指导。方法检索相关的临床应用及药理研究方面的大量文献,并对文献进行阅读、归纳、整理。结果中医学认为肿瘤的发生是由于机体的正气不足,气血阴阳失调,脏腑功能紊乱,气滞、痰凝、血瘀、毒邪等凝聚而成。在治疗上,临床应注意不同活血化瘀药的选择应用,应根据患者体质状况及不同的病期等情况灵活应用,以及与扶正培土、清热解毒、软坚散结、祛湿化痰等方法的配合应用。结论血瘀是常见病因病机,贯穿肿瘤发生发展各个阶段,而活血化瘀法是中医治疗肿瘤的重要方法之一。Objective To explore the effect of tumor blood stasis and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs on angiogenesis,explore promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs to the inhibition of angiogenesis,promote and normalization of angiogenesis effect,for it in the treatment of tumor clinical application provides guidance. Methods Retrieve the relevant clinical application and pharmacological research of a large number of literature and reading,induction,finishing the literature. Results TCM holds that the occurrence of tumor is caused by lack of the body＇s qi,disharmony of qi and blood,yin and yang,viscera function disorder,and qi stagnation,phlegm stasis,blood stasis and toxin factor condensation. In the treatment,the choice of different promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs should be paid attention to in clinical application,according to patient＇s physical condition and different period of disease flexible application,as well as the method with the application such as reinforcing the essence to solidify the root,clearing heat and removing toxin,resolving hard lump,reducing phlegm and removing dampness. Conclusion Blood stasis is a common etiology and pathogenesis,throughout the development stages of tumor,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis method is one of the important methods of TCM therapy for tumor.
