摘　　要：目的对桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤抗心律失常的研究进展进行概述。方法对中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普数据库和Medline进行检索,以"桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤""桂甘龙牡""心律失常""心悸"为关键词,收集、整理近10年有关桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤治疗心律失常的临床及实验研究报道,对报道中的适应症、临床疗效、作用机制、药效物质基础等进行分析。结果桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤临床上常用于治疗各种轻、中度心律失常。结论桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤为临床治疗心律失常的有效方剂,其抗心律失常的机制或与调节离子通道、改善应激状态相关。Objective Overview the research progress of Guizhigancaolonggumuli decoction antiarrhythmic. Methods Conducted through CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP Data and Medline using keywords ＂Guizhigancaolonggumuli decoction＂＂guiganlongmu＂＂arrhythmia＂＂palpitation＂. Collect,sort out nearly a decade clinical and experimental studies reports of Guizhigancaolonggumuli decoction treatment of arrhythmia,then summed up its＇ adaptation disease,clinical efficacy,mechanism of action and pharmacodynamic material basis. Results Guizhigancaolonggumuli decoction is widely used in treating light or moderate arrhythmia. Conclusion Guizhigancaolonggumuli decoction is an effective prescription in treating palpitation. Its antiarrhythmic mechanism or related to adjust ion channels,improve the stress state.
