论我国知识产权公共服务供给的现状和改进

摘　　要：随着科学技术的进步,知识产权越来越重要。整个社会对知识产权越来越重视,政府在很多方面为社会公众和企业提供了知识产权公共服务,这些知识产权公共服务在一定程度上满足了社会公众的需求,促进了企业的知识产权管理和创新。但由于我国知识产权公共服务起步较晚和投入相对不足,目前的知识产权公共服务不能完全满足社会公众和企业的需求。政府和其他社会组织应该不断改进知识产权公共服务体制,优化知识产权公共服务的质量和数量,最大限度满足社会公众和企业的需求。With the progress of science and technology, intellectual property rights are playing a more and more important role. The whole society, especially the government and enterprises, pay more attention to intellectual property rights, so the governments provide intellectual property rights public service （hereinafter referred to as IPRPS） for the public and enterprises in many aspects. To a certain degree, IPRPS has satisfied the need of the de- mander and promoted IPR management and innovation of the enterprise. Because of the late start and the lack of in- vestment, the current IPRPS cannot fully meet the demand of the public and enterprises. The government and other social organizations shouId constantly improve IPRPS system. The government ought to optimize the quantity and quality of IPRPS. It is pretty vital to satisfy the demand of the public and enterprises on IPRPS.
