摘　　要：回顾了我国建立市场导向的科技成果转化机制的改革历程,在对《关于科技成果使用、处置和收益管理改革》改革创新点与存在不足探讨的基础上,提出了市场导向的科技成果转化机制改革再出发的命题。This paper puts forward the reform process of the mechanism of transformation of scientific and tech- nological achievements by market-oriented. Based on the discussion of innovation and deficiency of the new policy, the paper puts forward the proposition of re-start reform of the commercialization of research findings by marketoriented.
