摘　　要：通过把中国分成东中西三大区域进行研究,发现这三个区域的高新技术产业技术创新效率存在较大的差异。提出我国的东部地区其高新技术产业应当依托于东部地区的特殊区位,利用好产业集群的优势,推动自主创新与国外技术引进的良好结合,而我国的中西部地区则应当利用好其资源优势,充分吸收国外投资,实施好"总体前进,重点突破"的创新策略,以实现中国高新技术产业创新效率的总体提升和跨越式发展。In this paper, through the Chinese into East and western region of the three study, found that there is a big difference of high-tech industries technological innovation efficiency of these three regions. Special area put forward China＇s eastern region of the high and new technology industry should rely on the eastern region, make good use of the advantages of industrial clusters, to promote independent innovation and introduction of foreign technology and good combination, and China＇s central and western regions should make good use of its advantages in resources, the full absorption of foreign investment, the implementation of good ＂overall progress, innovation the key breakthrough＂ strategy, to achieve overall improve innovation efficiency China high-tech industries and leap forward development.
