莫里尔法案对美国国家农业创新体系建设的影响

摘　　要：美国1862年颁布的《莫里尔法案》及其建立的各州增地农学院,对美国国家农业创新体系的建设起到了基础性的作用。法案促使《哈奇法案》和《史密斯-雷佛法案》的颁布,构建了完整的国家农业创新体系从而促进了美国农业的极大发展并领先于世界。我国的国家农业创新体系建设可以借鉴美国的经验,通过相关政策增强农业大学在国家农业创新体系中的核心作用及其对农业科技创新的服务能力。The Morrill Act and the land-grant colleges it constructed in 1862, have a fundamental influence on the construction of the U. S. national agricultural innovation system. The Morrill Acts promoted the enacting of the Hatch Act and the Smith-Lever Act, which established the national agricultural innovation system, and enhanced the U. S. agriculture developed. China should strengthening effects of universities in the system and its abilities in agricultural innovation.
