植物样品中PAHs净化方法的探讨

摘  要:为了解不同净化方法对植物样品中PAHs的回收率及可靠性,以硅胶氧化铝层析柱净化法和SAX/PSA-SPE柱净化法分别进行了净化实验。结果表明,两种方法对杂质的去除效果均较好,只是硅胶氧化铝层析柱净化法得到的植物样品中∑16-PAHs浓度比SAX/PSA-SPE柱净化法高8.69%~22.45%,但SAX/PSA-SPE柱法操作较为简便快捷,而硅胶氧化铝层析柱法较为经济适用。In order to understand the recovery rates of PAHs in plant samples and reliability of different purifying methods, this paper carries out the purification experiments by using silica gel alumina chromatography column purifying method and SAX/PSA-SPE column purifying method respectively. The results show that the impurity removal effects of both the two methods are better, merely the concentration of ∑ 16-PAHs in plant samples obtained by using silica gel alumina chromatography column purifying method is higher than that obtained by using SAX/PSA-SPE column purifying method by 8.69%-22.45%, but the operation of SAX/PSA-SPE column purifying method is more simple and quicker, and the silica gel alumina chromatography column purifying method is more economic and more applicable.
