摘 要:目的研究空气净化器除菌性能的检测方法,以便快速准确评价空气净化器除菌效果。方法通过空气模拟现场消毒试验方法,评价空气净化器除菌效果检测方法的实用性和人工细菌气溶胶的稳定性。结果在建立的喷雾染菌条件下,空气中4种试验菌回收菌量均能达到设计要求,空气中白色葡萄球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌自然衰亡率分别为36.37%和34.45%;大肠埃希菌(ATCC 8739)株和粘质沙雷菌(ATCC 14041)株自然衰亡率分别为59.42%和53.75%。空气中相对湿度达到80%,喷菌压力为0.2 MPa,最适合本研究喷雾染菌气溶胶稳定性。结论本研究所建立的空气净化器除菌效果检测方法具有实用性,细菌气溶胶受喷雾压力和相对湿度的影响。Objective To study the detection method of bacteria - eliminating function for air cleaning purifier, so as to es- tablish a testing method for bacteria - eliminating effect of air cleaning purifier. Methods The air simulation on the spot disinfection method was used to evaluate the practicability of the detection method for bacteria - eliminating effect of air cleaning purifier and the stability of artificial microbe aerosol. Results Under the established condition of microbe aerosol spraying, the recovery rates of four test organisms can meet requirements. The natural decay rates of Staphylococcus albus and Staphylococcus aureus were 36. 37% and 34.45% ,and the natural decay rates of Escherichia coli (ATCC 8739) and Serra- tia marcescens(ATCC 14041 ) were 59. 42% ,53. 75%. Under the condition of 80% relative humidity and the 0. 2 Mpa spray pressure,it was more suitable for study the stability of the spraying microbiological aerosols. Conclusion The detec- tion method for antibacterial effect of air cleaning purifier established in this research is applicable, and the stability of bac- teria aerosol is affected by temperature and humidity.
