摘 要:目的观察紫外线灯和循环风消毒器对口腔科手术室空气的消毒效果。方法采用营养琼脂培养基平板沉降法,对两种消毒方法消毒某基层医院口腔手术室空气的效果进行比较观察。结果在静态条件下,用紫外线灯照射60 min,或启动紫外线循环风消毒器运行60 min,均可使口腔科手术室空气消毒达到合格要求。紫外线循环风空气消毒器人在条件下持续运行至120 min,仍然可保持空气中菌数最高为98 cfu/m3;紫外线灯照射组在手术持续期间关闭,60 min空气中菌数最高已经超过200 cfu/m3。结论紫外线灯照射消毒不宜用于口腔科种植手术间的空气消毒,宜采用紫外线循环风空气消毒机进行消毒。Objective To observe the air disinfection effect on ultraviolet lamp and the circulating wind UV disinfector on department of stomatology operation room. Methods The nutrient agar plate sedimentation method was used to compare two kinds of air disinfection effect in stomatology operation room. Results In non - operation conditions, the air disinfection was qualified both with ultraviolet lamp and ultraviolet circulating wind disinfector for 60 min - irradiation. In operation con- ditions,it could still keep the highest bacterial count 98 cfu/m3 in air with ultraviolet circulating wind disinfector continu- ously operating in 120 min, butthe bacterial count was more than 200 cfu/m3 in air with ultraviolet lamp closed in 60 min. Conclusion It should not be used for air disinfection with ultraviolet lamp in department of stomatology, and the ultra- violet circulating wind disinfector is appropriate.
