摘  要:目的观察过氧化氢与金黄色葡萄球菌接触后所产生的泡沫对杀菌效果的影响,寻求克服方法。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和载体浸泡定量杀菌试验方法,对过氧化氢液体与菌液混合产生的泡沫影响杀菌效果的因素进行观察。结果以4∶1比例的34 g/L过氧化氢消毒液与菌液混合后,即产生较明显的气泡,肉眼可见粘附在管壁,微量法1泡沫稍轻。常量法试验回收菌量≤2.0×107cfu/ml,作用30 min平均杀灭对数值3.04;微量法1同比例微量法试验回收菌量<2.0×107cfu/ml,平均杀灭对数值为3.20,而微量法2回收菌量≥2.0×107cfu/ml时平均杀灭对数值则达到5.36。载体定量杀菌试验中未发现产生泡沫现象,对金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭对数值均达到消毒合格要求。结论过氧化氢消毒液与金黄色葡萄球菌悬液经触酶分解产生的大量泡沫粘附管壁会影响其杀菌效果,采用微量实验和载体浸泡杀菌试验方法可以消除这种影响。Objective To observe the influence of foam generated after contact of hydrogen peroxide and Staphylococcus aureus on germicidal effect and seek solution. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and carrier quantitative soaking germicidal test were applied to observe the influence factor of foam generated after contact of hydrogen peroxide and Staphylococcus aureus on germicidal effect. Results In the tests with 34 g/L hydrogen peroxide and bacteria suspension mixed at the ratio of4:1 ,we could observe obvious foam adhered to the wall of test tube. Less foam was generated in the mi- croscale tests. For the tests with usual volume and with bacteria amount ≤ 2.0 × 107 cfu/ml, the average killing logarithm was 3.04 with contact time of 30 min. For the microscale tests with bacteria amount 〈 2.0 × 107 cfu/ml,the average killing logarithm was 3.20 ,and if with bacteria amount ≥2.0 × 107 cfu/ml, the average killing logarithm could reach 5.36. No foam was observed in quantitative carrier germicidal test and all the average killing logarithms were qualified. Conclusion Foam generated by catalase catalyzed decomposition reaction has influence on germicidal effect of hydrogen peroxide. This problem can be solved by microscale test and carrier soaking germicidal test.
