摘　　要：患者,女,24岁,因＂停经20周3d,下腹痛20h＂入院。孕2产0。1年前行宫腔粘连分离术。入院前1d上午无诱因突感下腹胀痛不适,外院彩超检查未见异常,腹痛呈持续性,到夜间至入院当日凌晨腹痛加剧,伴恶心、呕吐,呕吐物为胃内容物,感头昏、心慌。体格检查：心率120次/min,血压60/40mmHg（1 mmHg=0.133kPa）,神智淡漠,贫血貌,腹隆起,宫底平脐,压痛和反跳痛明显,移动性浊音阳性，胎心未闻及。Summary This paper reports a case of spontaneous uterine rupture in mid pregnancy by ultrasound diagno- sis. The patient was 24 years old,who suffered abdominal pain and hemorrhagic shock at 20 weeks 3 days of preg- nancy. Ultrasound found the amniotic sac was outside the uterine cavity of the pregnant woman, fetal death, and the placenta was still in the uterine cavity, complicated with ascites. Short term after the operation of uterine pregnan- cy,and the occurrence of placenta implantation,led to the rupture of uterus.
