摘  要:目的研究装配式框架剪力墙结构体系中柱与墙之间的连接方法及受力性能,为该类结构施工与设计方法的建立提供依据.方法提出U型筋连接、直型筋连接、连环扣连接和直U型筋连接4种装配式柱-墙连接构造方式,采用有限元软件ABAQUS对同一轴压比下不同连接方式的柱-墙连接组合件的受力性能进行数值模拟,并与现浇试件进行比较.对于装配试件,考虑设置不同摩擦系数的接触属性以及设置键槽对受力特征和承载力的影响.结果在同一轴压比与相同接触属性设置下,4种装配式柱-墙连接方式的承载能力较现浇方式略有降低、变形性能较现浇方式略有提高,破坏形态与现浇方式基本一致.对于装配试件,设置不同摩擦系数的接触属性对承载力有一定影响,设置键槽会改善试件的受力性能.结论模拟结果验证了4种装配式柱-墙连接方式的可行性,为装配式框架剪力墙结构的研究和工程设计提供参考.This paper studied the column-wall member connection technology in precast frame- shear wall structure and analyzed its mechanical behavior, in order to provide some references for construction and design of this structure. Four kinds of column-wall connection methods:U-shaped bar, straight bar, buckle bar, and straight U-shaped bar were proposed and built. Based on the soft- ware ABAQUS, FE numerical simulations for mechanical behaviors of colunm-wall members with different kinds of connections under the same axial compression ratio were carried out and com- pared with the cast-in-situ ones. For the precast specimens, impacts of different friction coefficients described contact properties and effects of keyways on mechanical performances and bearing capacities were also considered. The results indicate that under the same axial compression ratio and same contact properties, comparing with the cast-in-situ ones, the beating capacities of the column- wall specimens used the four kinds of connections are slightly reduced, but deformations are slight- ly lifted, and the failure patterns are basically same. For precast specimens, friction coefficients have some impacts on bearing capacities;installation of keyways can improve mechanical proper- ties of specimens. Conclusion is that the proposed four kinds of precast column-wall connections are available, which can provide references for research and engineering design of precast frame shear wall structures.
