摘　　要：目的计算装配式钢结构住宅主体结构质量控制指标的权重,得到影响工程质量的重要指标,从而为工程质量评估提供可靠的依据.方法利用层次分析法将装配式钢结构住宅的施工质量进行指标划分,并将主体结构部分划分为9个一级质量控制指标,以其中钢零件及钢部件加工工程一级指标为例,根据专家调查问卷中的数据构建判断矩阵,并进行一致性检验分析.结果计算得到钢零件及钢部件加工工程一级指标下二、三级质量控制指标的权重.钢零件及钢部件工程中各级质量控制指标权重计算表明其一致性检验满足要求.结论装配式钢结构住宅工程质量的优劣主要取决于某些质量控制指标质量的高低,在工程施工过程和工程质量评估中应严格审查或者控制对其影响较大的指标.This paper studied the quality control index weight for main structure of assembled steel residential buildings, so as to provide a reliable basis for construction quality assessment. Using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) methodology, construction quality indexes of the assembled steel residential housing were divided. 9 first-level quality control indexes of the main structure were sort out. Taking the steel parts and processing of steel parts as an example of a first-level index, the judgment matrix was established and the consistency check was analyzed by expert data. And weight of the second and three grade indexes under the first-level index was obtained. Calculation results show the consistency check meets the requirements. Conclusion is that the quality of the as- sembled steel residential housing mainly depends on the certain quality control indexes. The inde- xes which have significant influence on construction and quality assessment should be strictly examined and controlled.
