摘 要:目的研究熔融挤压快速成型的支撑工艺,提高快速成型制件精度.方法以汽车门把手为成型零件进行实验,分析成型支撑的重要工艺参数W的作用,通过不同支撑栅格宽度值对被成型零件的表面粗糙度的影响和不同环境温度对被成型零件表面硬度的影响,定量分析了FDM成型方法对被成型件表面质量的影响程度.结果用标准塑料表面粗糙度仪测量成型件的表面粗糙度,得出了在不同栅格宽度数值下成型件的粗糙度变化曲线,当支撑栅格宽度W为2 mm时,被成型件表面粗糙度可达12μm以上;当环境温度较高或较低时,被成型件表面硬度都较小,当环境温度在16~20℃时,表面硬度可高达40D.结论支撑栅格宽度W与成型件的表面粗糙度的数值成正比关系;环境温度过低或过高都会使被成型件表面硬度降低,最佳环境温度在16~20℃为宜.Abstract:In order to raise the prototyping precision, this paper studied the support technology for rapid fused deposition modeling (FDM). Based on the test molding of an automobile door handle, effect of the technology parameter W on forming support was analyzed. The influence of different support gird width values on the surface roughness of modeling part and the effect of temperature on the stiffness of modeling part were obtained. The influence degree of FDM on surface quality of modeling part was also quantitatively analyzed. It is found that the surface roughness of modeling part can achieve 12 txm or more,when the support gird width is 2 mm. When the environment tem- perature is between 16 -20 ℃ ,the surface hardness can be 40D. Conclusion indicates that the sur- face roughness value of modeling part and the support gird width W are proportional. Excessive high or low environment temperature can decrease surface hardness. The favorable environment temperature is between 16 -20 ℃.
