摘　　要：以核工业西南物理研究院为例,通过专家调查法、读者发文统计和参考咨询情况统计,探索科研单位图书馆在资源建设保障中深度挖掘读者需求的途径,基于所获得的读者对期刊的潜在需求,将所获结果逐步反馈到期刊资源建设和优化的实际工作。Taking the Southwest Institute of Physics as an example, we employ three methods：expert survey, user research and reference statistics, to explore library col ections construction approaches by deeply mining users’ potential demand for journals. Then, based on the obtained results, we gradual y feedback to our ordinary work.
