摘  要:科技与教育协同育人,是深化人才培养模式改革、努力培养造就拔尖创新人才的重大举措;"联合培养本科生计划"是"科教结合协同育人行动计划"的重要组成部分。本文将以"联合培养本科生计划"为例,介绍其实施的背景、意义、内容和现状,并总结阐述高校与研究所之间深入开展联合培养本科生的必要要素,为拟深入开展科教结合工作的科研院所和高校提供参考和借鉴。Talent cultivation combining science and education is the key move of deepening the reform of tal- ent cultivating model and training outstanding innovative talents. "The Joint Cultivation of Under- graduate Program" is an important part of "Talent cultivation combining science and education". Tak- ing "The Joint Cultivation of Undergraduate Program" as an example, the paper will introduce its background, significance, content and current status, and further elaborate the essential elements for universities and scientific research institutions to carry out in-depth joint cultivation of undergradu- ates, in order to provide references for universities and scientific research institutions which plan on implementing talent cultivation combining science and education.
