论澳门的旅游业转型:以博彩旅游带动文化旅游

摘　　要：本文对促进澳门旅游业向多元化转型进行了深入探索。研究发现,澳门旅游业结构过于单一,不利于旅游业与整体经济的持续健康发展,亟需转型。作为东西方文化交汇的世界文化遗产地,且拥有多项世界非物质文化遗产,澳门发展文化旅游有着得天独厚的优势。澳门博彩旅游带动能力较强并与文化旅游有一定关联性,其旅游业转型可以文化旅游为突破口,以博彩旅游带动文化旅游,使二者成为澳门旅游业持续健康发展的双翼。文章最后提出澳门旅游业转型的相关措施,如挖掘和开发"博彩文化"旅游,建立"澳门促进文化旅游基金",发展婚庆、节事和娱乐秀等特色文化旅游产品,设计博彩与多元互补的旅游线路,鼓励博彩企业将经营范围向文化旅游扩展,政府主导营销澳门文化旅游的城市形象等。As a micro economy, Macao has achieved the economic leaps m the past oecaoes ann nas necome the one of the fastest growing economic region in the world, all of which was inseparable from the gaming tourism development. However, the tourism industry itself is vulnerable. As the leader of Macao＇ s tourism even of the Ma- cao＇s economy, due to its own characteristics, gaming tourism is prone to be affected by external economic envi- ronment and results in a series of social and economic problems. Always is that gaming tourism dominates alone Macao＇ s economy a latent trouble, which gets increasingly attention in recent years. The current relevant researches focused mainly on the diversified economy, not much on the diversification of Macao＇s tourism. This paper selected cultural tourism as a breakthrough, to explore how to make use of the good congenital conditions of Macao＇s gaming tourism to promote the development of cultural tourism in different ways, and to make gaming tourism and cultural tourism become the wings of Macao＇s tourism industry, which realize the transition of Macao＇ s tourism industry even Macao＇ s economy and the sustainable and healthy development. This paper believed that due to the particularity of gaming tourism, it was obviously sensitive to environmental change, thus that economic depended excessively on the gaming tourism was unfavorable to the long-term develop- ment of Macao. Therefore, we must change the situation, that gaming tourism dominates alone Macao＇ s economy, with the foundation of Macao historical and cultural city and world cultural heritage, advance the development of the cultural tourism with gaming tourism, distinguish from other gaming cities and cultural tourism regions, form the core competitiveness of Macao, make gaming tourism and cuhural tourism become Macao＇s tourism wings and take off together, lay the foundation for the sustainable development of Macao＇s tourism industry.
