摘　　要：为发展TOP和WSR两种系统分析方法论,本研究在分析二者之间内在联系的基础上,针对它们各自在复杂系统分析中存在的不足,构建出由组织视角、个人视角以及事理、人理两个不同维度所组成的SROP分析矩阵,即事理(S)—人理(R)—组织(O)—个人(P)分析矩阵,并在此基础上给出由基于个人视角的事理分析、基于个人视角的人理分析、基于组织视角的事理分析和基于组织视角的人理分析四部分所组成的系统分析矩阵与分析程式,从而为复杂管理决策提供了一种系统化的整合分析工具。Decision-making in real-world management often involves human factors, and therefore is evidently complex. Decision makers face an environment that is increasingl place more and more emphasis on the fundamentals of a complex y complex and highly volatile, thus they have to system ： its non-linear and emergent nature, open- ness in the environment, etc. As effective as they are in solving complex, real-world problems, TOP and WSR still suffer from inherent deficiencies. It is not enough to rely on certain perspectives or ＂Li＂ to get to the bottom of com- thinking tool for solving corn- plex management problems ： an SROP analysis matrix （ Shili- （ S ）, Renli- （ R）, Organizational Perspective- （ O）, Per- sonal Perspective- （P） ）. The SROP matrix offers a platform to couple WSR with TOP. By maker can align methods with objects in the process of system analys using the SROP analysis matrix, a decision- is. On the one hand, according to Gu Jifa et al. , Shili is the ＂rules for doing things＂ ,while Renli concerns ＂how better to do things＂. Thus, if the actor is either an organization or an individual, then analyzing Shili must involve either an organizational or personal perspective. In addition,if Renli is further broken down into ＂psychology,motivation and value system of humans＂ and ＂the rela- tionships of humans＂, then the former falls into the realm of personal perspective and the latter organizational per- spective. So the advantage of SROP matrix is introducing organizational and personal perspectives- both belong to actors＇ perspectives- into Shili and Renli analysis. This helps disentangle the intricate relationship within the system in a multi-dimensional way. The formula of SROP matrix consists of four elements. One is Shili analysis based on personal perspec- tive. Generally speaking, the decision-making process by individuals within an organization may not always be the same.
