39、92、146℃。The effects of smoke suppressor(XY) and eetane number(CN) improver on particle emisson and its vaporization oxidization in diesel engine fueled with ethanol-diesel blends were investigated. Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA) method was used to study vaporization of soluble organic fraction and oxidization of soot and particle. Results show that the particle emission of ethanol-diesel blends added with cetane number improver and smoke suppressor is far lower than that of No. 0 diesel fuel, reducing by more than 50%. The partiele matter oxidation process includes three distinct stages, dehydration, oxidation of soluble organic fraction and oxidation of solid carbon. The ethanol-diesel and fuel additives have a positive effect on reducing soluble organic fraction in particle matter and lowering ignition temperature and the maximum oxidation rate temperature of soot generated from the engine. When engine is fueled with NSE10, N5E10XY0.1 % and N5E10CN0.3 %, the temperature corresponding to the maximum soot oxidation rate is reduced by 39 ℃, 92 ℃ and 146 ℃ respectively, compared with pure No. 0 diesel fuel.
