摘  要:应用复合激光诱导荧光(planarlaserinducedexciplexfluoresence,PLIEF)技术研究了不同喷油压力下,煤直接液化柴油(directcoalliquefactiondieseI,DCLD)、煤间接液化柴油(F—T)和欧Ⅳ柴油(dieseIfuel,DF)的喷雾特性,同时在一台由重型六缸高压共轨柴油机改装而成的单缸机上进行了三种燃油的燃烧及排放试验。研究结果表明:两种煤制油与DF的喷雾特性比较接近,DCLD的喷雾前锋贯穿距离大于DF(平均增大了4.43%),而F—T与DF相当,两种煤制油的喷雾锥角均略大于DF,随着喷油压力的增大,啧雾前锋贯穿距离和锥角有所增大。在低负荷时(IMEP=0.5MPa)三种燃油燃烧相位和放热峰值有所差别;随着负荷的增加(IMEP=1.0~1.5MPa),三种燃油的燃烧特性差异减小。F—T的四种常规排放物均低于DF;而DCLD的碳烟排放低于DF,HC、CO和NOx排放在低负荷时高于DF,中高负荷时Co和NOx排放与DF差别不大,HC排放略低于DF。Spray characteristics under different injection pressures of three diesel fuels, direct coal liquefaction diesel (DCLD), indirect coal liquefaction diesel (F-T) and Euro IV diesel fuel(DF) were studied using PLIEF technology. Combustion and emission characteristics of them were experimented in a single-cylinder research engine modified from a heavy duty six-cylinder common-rail diesel engine. Results show that spray characteristics of DCLD and F-T are approaching to DF, spray penetration of DCLD is longer than DF (by 4.43% on average) and F-T is very close to DF. The spray angles of F-T and DCLD are larger than DF. With injection pressure increasing, spray penetration and spray angle increase. In terms of combustion characteristics, under low load condition (IMEP = 0.5 MPa), three fuels show different ignition delays and heat release rate peaks. However, under high load conditions (IMEP = 1. 0 ~ 1. 5 MPa), their combustion characteristics differences decrease. For emission characteristics, four kinds of conventional emissions of F-T are all lower than DF. For the IX;LD, soot emission is lower than DF and under low load conditions, emissions of HC, CO and NOx higher than DF, almost the same under high and middle load conditions, but HC emission is lower slightly than DF.
