摘  要:在一台机车中速柴油机上,采用进气歧管喷射甲醇的方式,研究了不同转速与负荷下柴油/甲醇二元燃料燃烧特性。研究结果表明:随着甲醇喷射量的增加,滞燃期延长,燃烧持续期缩短,中低负荷时燃烧呈单峰快速放热,高负荷下预混燃烧比例有所提高,但仍保持双峰放热规律;同时,二元燃料燃烧方式下的最高燃烧压力与压力升高率均高于原机,最高燃烧温度也随着甲醇喷射量的增加而升高;此外,二元燃料燃烧的热效率与负荷密切相关,在600r/min时有效热效率随着甲醇的喷入而降低,且随着替代率的升高其降幅加大,在33%替代率时下降了9.06%,但在1000r/min标定负荷时有利于热效率的提高,升幅达到0.36%。Experiments was performed on a locomotive medium speed diesel engine, fueled with intake- manifold-injected methanol and direct-injected diesel fuel, to investigate its combustion characteristic under different speeds and loads. The results show that with the increase of methanol injection, the ignition delay is extended and the combustion duration is shorten. At low and middle load conditions, it gives a single peak and rapid heat release. At high load conditions, there is still two-stage heat release though the premixed combustion part is increased. The peak cylinder pressure and the peak rate of pressure rise of dual fuel combustion are higher than those of the baseline engine. The maximum combustion temperature is increased with the increase of methanol injection. In addition, the thermal efficiency of dual fuel combustion is closely relative to the load, At 600 r/min, the effective thermal efficiency is reduced with the increase of methanol injection, and when 33% replacement rate fell by 9.06%. However, at 1000 r/rain, it is advantageous to increase thermal efficiency at the rated load, 0. 36% higher than that of baseline engine under the rated load conditions.
