摘  要:为提高产品开发成功率与效益,针对公司某款排量1.0L的增压直喷汽油机的缸盖设计,进行了详细而系统的计算机辅助工程(computer aided engineering,CAE)仿真工作。首先,在计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)领域:进行燃烧室及气道的燃烧分析,燃气流速计算结果与试验测试图片基本吻合;进行水套分析对冷却液的流速、传热系数进行评估。再次,在结构仿真领域开展了温度场分析,计算温度与测试误差小于5%,开展了高周疲劳分析(high cycle fatigue,HCF)与低周疲劳分析(low cycle fatigue,LCF)及振动特性(noise vibration harshness,NVH)分析,并对刚度进行优化。通过铸造仿真对浇注系统提出有效的改进措施。工程实践表明:该CAE体系与流程能有效地指导缸盖设计。In order to improve design efficiency, detailed and systemic simulation work was done for the cylinder head of a 1.0 L TC GDI gasoline engine. First, a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) including the analysis of the combustion chamber and intake and exhaust ports and the assessment of the water flow and heat exchange coefficient to the water jacket were conducted and the combustion gas flow velocity as the result of the calculation was basically agreed with the test photograph. Secondly, a structure simulation including temperature field calculation is performed with the diversity compared with the test result less than 5~. And finally, simulations of high cycle fatigue (HCF), low cycle fatigue (LCF) and noise-vibration- harness (NVH) were carried out, and the stiffness was optimized. A casting simulation offered effective advice for gating system. The engineering practice shows that the computer aided engineering (CAE) system and process can effectively guide the design of cylinder head.
