摘  要:目的:评估101千卡/100 ml早产儿配方奶和81千卡/100 ml早产儿配方奶对新生儿营养发育及安全性的远期影响。方法:对住院期间喂养101千卡/100 ml和81千卡/100 ml早产儿配方奶的两组早产儿出院后进行阶段性评估和监测,研究分析早产儿生长发育指标、精神发育和运动发育指数。结果:早产儿在院外追赶性生长重点监测和评估发现出院后在6个月龄和12个月龄时精神发育指数、运动发育指数及生长发育指标中的身长、体重、头围两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相比早期喂养较低能量密度早产儿奶粉,喂养高能量密度早产儿奶粉的早产儿生长速率较快,追上同龄正常生长发育儿所需时间较短,未发现喂养不耐受及其他并发症的发生,具有较好的安全性,建议推广应用。Objective: To evaluate the long-term impacts of 101.kCal/100 ml preterm formula milk and 81 kCal/100 ml preterm formula milk on nutrition, development, and safety of neonates. Methods: The premature infants fed with two kinds of preterm formula milk (101 kCal/100 ml and 81 kCal/100 ml) in hospital were evaluated and monitored by stage after leaving the hospital; the growth and development indicators, mental and motor development indexes of premature infants were analyzed. Results : Catch-up growth intensive mo- nitoring and evaluation of premature infants after leaving the hospital found that there were statistically significant differences in body height, body weight, and head circumference at 6 and 12 months after leaving the hospital between the two groups (P〈0. 05 ) . Conclusion: Compared with early feeding with preterm formula milk containing lower energy density, the growth velocity of premature infants fed with preterm formula milk containing higher energy density is faster, the time to catch up with growth and development of their peers is shorter, no feeding intolerance and other complications occur, the safety is high, so it is recommended.
