摘  要:为了研究母牛子宫中周期蛋白因子、凋亡因子的变化与发情周期的关系,试验以母牛子宫角、子宫体为材料,运用荧光定量PCR技术检测P53、CDC25A、Fas的表达量。结果表明:P53、CDC25A、Fas在母牛子宫中均有表达。在子宫角中,卵泡期P53、CDC25A表达量高于黄体期,Fas表达量低于黄体期;在子宫体中,卵泡期P53、CDC25A、Fas表达量均高于黄体期。To study the relationship between the changes in the cyclin factom and apoptotic factors with the estrous cycle, the uterine horn and uterine body of the cow were used as experiment materials, a fluorescent quantitative PCR technique was utilized to detect the expression levels of the P53, CDC25A and Fas. The results showed that the P53, CDC25A and Fas were expressed in the cow uterus. The expression levels of the P53 and CDC25A in the uterine horn at the follicular phase were higher than those at the lutcal phase, and the expression level of the Fas in the uterine horn at the follicular phase was lower than that at the luteal phase. The expression levels of the P53, CDC25A and Fas in the uterine body at the follicular phase were higher than those at the luteal phase.
