敖汉细毛羊皮肤毛囊形态发育观察

摘　　要：为了研究敖汉细毛羊毛囊的组织结构与形态发育过程,进而为解析细毛羊毛囊发育的分子调控机制奠定组织学基础,试验采用组织学和显微观测的方法,分析敖汉细毛羊胎龄为第90,120天的胎儿,及出生后1天和1个月时的羔羊体侧部皮肤的组织学特性。结果表明:在胎龄90天时,体侧的初级毛囊可见次级毛囊毛芽;胎龄120天时,部分毛囊发生角质化,初级毛囊周围可见成对的皮脂腺及之间的汗腺导管和竖毛肌;出生后1天时和出生1个月时,大部分毛囊都已形成角质化毛干,皮脂腺、汗腺、竖毛肌等进一步发育成熟。与胎龄120天时相比,出生后1个月时的毛囊纤维直径显著增大(P<0.05)。出生后1个月和出生后1天时次级毛囊纤维直径差异不显著(P>0.05)。To study the tissue structure and morpho - developmental process of the hair follicles in the Aohan fine - wool sheep, and lay a histo- logical basis for further resolving the molecular regulation mechanism of the hair follicle development of the fine - wool sheep,＇ the histological characteristics of the body - side skin of Aohan fine - wool sheep fetuses at 90 and 120 days of gestational age, and the lambs at 1 d and one month after birth were analyzed using histology and microscopic observation methods. The results showed that the secondary hair follicle germ could be found in the primary hair follicle at 90 d of gestational age ; the keratinization was found in the parts of the hair follicles at 120 d of ges- tational age, and the paired sebaceous glands, sweat duct between the paired sebaceous glands, and the arrector muscle were found around the primary follicles ; the reformation of keratinized hair shaft was found in the parts of the hair follicles at 1 d and one month after birth, and the se- baceous glands, sweat glands, and the arrector muscle were further developed and matured. The fiber diameter of the primary hair follicle at one month after birth was significantly increased （ P 〈 0.05 ） than that at 120 d of gestational age. There was no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ） on the fiber diameter of the secondary hair follicle between one month after birth and 1 d after birth.
