摘  要:随着抗生素的广泛使用,细菌在抗生素选择压力作用下,耐药菌株不断产生。细菌多药耐药性的产生导致抗生素的疗效大大降低,可移动遗传元件整合子被认为是导致耐药基因在细菌间水平转移的重要原因。整合子对耐药基因的捕获及表达关系到新耐药菌株的产生与播散,研究整合子传递耐药性的影响因素能够合理指导临床用药,进而减少耐药菌株的产生与播散。基于上述原因,文章综述了SOS反应、自然转化、可变区启动子、基因盒长度、重组位点等因素对整合子传递耐药性的影响。With the widespread use of antibiotics, the drug - resistant strains of bacteria continue to produce under antibiotic selection pressure. The emergence of muhidrug resistance of bacteria leads to the greatly reduced efficiency of antibiotics, integron as a movable genetic element is considered to be an important reason that causes the drug - resistant gene horizontally transferred between the bacteria. Integron to the capture and expression of drug - resistant genes, concerns the emergence and spread of new drug - resistant strains. The study on the influence factors of integron transferring drug resistance, can guide rational use of medicines in the clinic, thereby reducing the emergence and spread of the drug -resistant strains. For these reasons, this paper reviews the effects of influence factors on the integron transferring drug resistance, including SOS response, natural transformation, variable region promoters, the length of gene cassette, recombination sites and so on.
