摘  要:为了研究N-乙酰半胱氨酸(NAC)对猪精子液态常温保存的影响,试验向保存液中添加不同浓度的NAC(0.5 mmol/L、1 mmol/L、2 mmol/L、5 mmol/L),在15℃条件下保存猪精子,检测保存后的精子活率、活力和弯尾率。结果表明:在稀释液中添加1 mmol/L的NAC能显著提高精子的活率、活力、弯尾率(P<0.05)。通过添加NAC可以显著提高精子的保存能力。To investigate the effect of N - acetyl cysteine (NAC) on liquid preservation of pig sperm at room temperature, the different concentrations of DAC including 0.5 mmol/L, 1 mmol/L, 2 mmol/L and 5 mmol/L, were added into the preserving liquid to preserve pig sperm under the condition of 15℃. And then the sperm motility rate, viability and tail coiling rate were detected after preservation. The results showed that the sperm motility rate, viability and tail coiling rate were significantly increased ( P 〈 0.05 ) when adding 1 mmol/L N - acetyl cysteine in the preserving liquid. The results indicate that the addition of NAC can significantly improve the sperm preservation ability.
