摘　　要：文章认为我国医疗服务费用持续高涨的局面有其深厚的结构性因素:医疗服务行业不完全竞争的市场结构;从医疗服务的异质性、医疗服务要素的流动性、医疗服务信息的不对称性等多个方面对此进行了分析,最后通过实证分析,得出我国医疗服务市场不同于标准商品市场的结论。In China, structural factor contributes to the sustainable soaring of medical expense, that is, market structure of imperfect competition in medical service industry. The paper makes an analysis from the aspects of heterogeneity of medical services, mobility of the medical service factors and the information asymmetry among the medical services. At last the paper draws the conclusion that the medical service market in China is different from the standard commodity market.
