摘  要:离子液体作为环境友好的化学试剂,具有许多优点,如无腐蚀性、无毒、不挥发、抗氧化、液程范围宽、具有良好的稳定性和催化活性,在许多化学反应过程中得到了广泛应用。本文合成了Br¢nsted酸性离子液体2-吡咯烷酮硫酸氢盐([Hnhp]HSO4),并用作催化剂催化合成油酸甲酯。研究了离子液体催化剂用量、醇酸摩尔比、反应温度和反应时间对油酸酯化反应的影响,同时考察了离子液体的重复利用性能。结果表明:在醇酸摩尔比为6∶1、反应温度70℃、反应时间3h和催化剂([Hnhp]HSO4)用量为油酸重的12.5%时,酯化率达97.54。反应结束后离子液体与酯化产物自动分成两相,而且离子液体([Hnhp]HSO4)重复使用5次,仍有较高的催化活性。Ionic liquids as environmentally benign chemical solvent, that had been used in diverse chemical reactions, because they have many advantages, such as non-corrosion, non-toxic, non-volatile, anti-oxidize, wide temperature range, good stability andhigh catalytic activity. One kinds of BrCnsted ionic liquid 2-pyrrolidonium hydrogen sulfate ([[Hnhp]HSO4) were prepared. Synthesis of methyl oleate from oleic acid catalyzed by the ionic liquid was studied. Effects of ionic liquid dosage, molar ratio between methanol and oleic acid, reaction temperature and reaction time on esterification reaction and stability of the ionic liquid were investigated. Optimal esterification condition was obtained as follows:n (methanol) : n (oleic acid) = 6:1, reaction temperature 70℃, reaction time 2h and dosage of ionic liquid = 5% of oleic acid weight. Yield of methyl oleate reached 97.41% without removal of water during the esterification. Ionic liquid was stable and could be repeatedly used.
