摘 要:研究金刚石宏观排列模式与金刚石钻头碎岩的时效关系,不仅有助于设计有序排列金刚石钻头,而且有利于更好地理解金刚石有序排列下岩石的破碎机理。本文应用ANSYS-LSDYNA有限元软件对3种不同金刚石排列模式(弧形排列、均匀排列和射线排列)的平底孕镶金刚石钻头进行孔底碎岩模拟研究,考察金刚石的排列模式对其钻进时效的影响,并对采用钎焊法试制的3种有序排列金刚石钻头进行室内钻进试验。研究表明,3种钻头的钻进时效由高到低分别为弧形排列、均匀排列和射线排列钻头,室内钻进试验结果与数值模拟结果吻合较好。The study of the relationship between diamond macro alTangement in drill bit and drilling performance is helpflll for Ihedesign of orderly arranged diamond drill bit as well as for getting better understanding of fracture meehanism of the rock. ANSYS-LSDYNA was used to simulate the rack drilling using flat impregnated diamond drill bit with three kinds of diamond arrangements,namely curved arrangement, ray arrangement and uniform arrangement. The effects of diamond arrangement on the drillingperfarmanre were observed. Indoor drilling tests were canduted on the brazed diamond drill bits with the aforementioned struclures.The resuhs showed that drill bits with curved arrangement of diamand had the hest perIimnanee, followed bv that with uniformarrangement of diamond, and finally that with ray arrangement. The resuhs of indoor drilling tests are in perfect aceard with thosetion numerical simulation.
