浅谈水利建设投资项目监管的信息化应用

摘　　要：近年,我国水利建设投资规模持续加大,投资领域不断拓宽,兴建了大批水利工程。加强水利建设投资项目监管,对提高项目管理水平,充分发挥投资效益,意义重大。信息化是水利建设投资项目监管的重要支撑手段,但现阶段我国水利建设投资项目的信息化监管还存在全过程监管不到位、监管实时性不强、信息系统建设及应用效率不高等问题。因此,建设水利建设投资项目监管统一信息平台,加强全过程的信息采集和实时监管,是提高水利建设投资项目信息化监管水平的实际需要,也是改进我国水利投资监管、推动信息化与水利现代化深度融合的具体体现。A large number of water projects have been constructed in China along with expansion of scale and investment field. Strengthening supervision and management of investment for water project construction is of great significance to enhance managerial level and benefit generation. Although information technology can be used as key tool for project supervision and management, it has not been widely applied and adopted in whole process and real- time supervision of water projects in China at present. In order to highlight collection of information and real-time monitoring, it is necessary to create an integrated information platform, so as to improve investment supervision by integration of information technology and modernization.
