摘 要:通过对干扰床分选机的入料筛分、浮沉特性分析,探讨了该厂粗煤泥干扰床分选机分选的可行性。对干扰床分选机的单机检查进行分析,深入研究了干扰床分选机对粗煤泥的分选效果及其生产稳定性。结果表明:干扰床分选机对该厂入料具有良好的适应性;从降灰幅度看干扰床分选机的有效分选粒级范围为0.9~0.125mm ,干扰床分选机的实际分选密度为1.77kg/L时分选精度较好(可能偏差0.07kg/L ,不完善度为0.09);生产整体波动性小,粗煤泥产品质量控制稳定。The feed size composition and density components of Teetered Bed Separator(TBS) were analyzed in order to explore the feasibility of the TBS separator in ZhangShuanglou plant .A further study on the separation of coarse slime and the effect of concentration about TBS and its production stability .The results elucidated that TBS showed a good adaptability in ZhangShuanglou plant ;TBS had proved efficient for concentration of coal having particle sizes in the 0 .9~0 .125mm fraction and TBS gave a high separation precision when the separation density is 1 .77kg/L ,which value of E is 0 .07kg/L and value of I is 0 .09 ;The whole processing showed little change and the quality of production was stable .
