摘　　要：家庭教育历来都是与国家经济社会发展紧密相联的,特别是与社会文化价值息息相关。自以婚姻纽带形成的血缘关系为基础的家庭产生以来,这种格局并没有改变。在今天的教育体系中,学校教育、社会教育和家庭教育各有差异,家庭教育是前两者的基础,其在发挥教育文化作用,实现文化传承方面具有特别重要的意义。现实家庭教育中的状况与问题从根本上说,源于当代中国社会文化,而改变现状,实现良性发展,也必须从普及社会主义核心价值观为基础的社会文化建设开始。Family education has always been closely linked with the national economic and social development, especially closely linked to social and cultural values. This pattern has not changed since the birth of the family that had been formed by the marriage bonds. In today＇ s education system, school education, social education and family education are different and family education is the base and play the role of education and culture and has an especial significance in the implementation of cultural heritage. The problems of family education originate from contemporary Chinese society and culture. Hence, to change the status quo and realize the benign development must start from the construction of social culture with the popularization of the socialist core values as the foundation.
