流式细胞仪检测缺铁性贫血患者淋巴细胞免疫表型的探讨

摘　　要：目的研究缺铁性贫血(IDA)患者外周血淋巴细胞免疫表型的变化。方法 30例缺铁性贫血患者(IDA组)和30例健康体检者(正常对照组),均应用流式细胞仪三色直接免疫荧光法检测淋巴细胞免疫表型。对两组外周血淋巴细胞免疫表型进行比较。结果 IDA组外周血中CD3+、CD3+CD4+及CD4+/CD8+比值显著低于正常对照组(P<0.01),CD3+CD8+值高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论缺铁性贫血患者影响机体T细胞的增殖分化,导致细胞免疫功能障碍和免疫调节机制紊乱。Objective To research the changes of lymphocyte immunophenotyping in iron-deficiency anemia （IDA） patients.Methods There were 30 iron-deficiency anemia patients （IDA group） and 30 healthy people （normal control group）, and they all received flow cytometry three-color direct immunofluorescent method for detection of lymphocyte immunophenotyping. Comparison was made on the peripheral blood lymphocyte immunophenotyping between the two groups.Results IDA group had much lower levels of CD3＋、CD3＋CD4＋, and CD4＋/CD8＋ ratio in peripheral blood than the normal control group （P〈0.01）, and it also had higher CD3＋CD8＋value than the normal control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Iron-deficiency anemia may affect proliferation and differentiation of T lymphocyte, resulting in decreased immune functions and immune regulatory dysfunction.
