三叶草钢板治疗78例Pilon骨折临床分析

摘　　要：目的探究与分析三叶草钢板治疗78例Pilon骨折的临床疗效。方法 78例Pilon骨折患者作为临床研究对象,对其采用三叶草钢板治疗,观察该组患者的临床疗效。结果该组患者共78例,均获得1~2年的随访,平均随访时间1.4年,均获得骨性愈合。在手术治疗后采用踝关节症状与功能评分对患者的恢复情况进行评估,其中优24例,占30.77%（24/78）;良34例,占43.59%（34/78）;可18例,占23.08%（18/78）;差2例,占2.56%（2/78）;优良率为74.36%（58/78）。结论采用三叶草钢板治疗Pilon骨折的临床疗效显著,可明显改善患者踝关节功能,提高生活质量,值得推广。Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of clover plate in the treatment of 78 Pilon fracture cases.Methods There were 78 patients with Pilon fracture as clinical study subjects. They all received clover plate for treatment, and their clinical effects were observed.Results All the 78 patients received follow-up for 1~2 years, with the average time as 1.4 year, and they all had bony union. Ankle symptoms and function scale was applied after operation for evaluation of rehabilitation, and there were 24 excellent cases, accounting for 30.77% （24/78）, 34 good cases, accounting for 43.59% （34/78）, 18 moderate cases, accounting for 23.08% （18/78）, and 2 bad cases, accounting for 2.56% （2/78）. The good rate was 74.36% （58/78）.Conclusion Implement of clover plate provides precise effect in treating Pilon fracture. This method can obviously improve ankle function and life quality of patients, and it is worthy of promotion.
