摘　　要：目的探讨四肢长骨干骨折术后骨不连的原因,并总结预防措施。方法回顾性分析65例四肢长骨干骨折术后骨不连患者的病历资料,统计导致骨不连发生的原因。结果 65例患者骨不连原因分析,个体因素者31例,占47.69%;有操作因素者30例,占46.15%;依从性差者20例,占30.77%。结论四肢长骨干骨折术后骨不连与多种因素有关,个体因素和操作因素是术后骨不连发生的主要原因,行骨折内固定术时,术者要注重个体差异,遵循内固定原则进行操作,提高患者依从性,减少骨不连发生。Objective To investigate the causes of nonunion after limbs long bone shaft fracture operation, and to summarize prevention measures.Methods Clinical data of 65 patients with nonunion after limbs long bone shaft fracture operation were retrospectively analyzed, and their causes for nonunion were summarized. Results Analysis of nonunion in 65 patients showed that there were 31 cases due to individual factors, accounting for 47.69%, 30 cases due to operation factors, accounting for 46.15%, and 20 cases due to poor compliance, accounting for 30.77%.Conclusion Nonunion after limbs long bone shaft fracture operation is related with several causes, mainly with individual factors and operation factors. Implement of internal fixation should follow operational principles while considering individual differences, in order to improve patients’ compliance and reduce incidence of nonunion.
