有机磷农药中毒的急救与护理分析

摘　　要：目的探讨有机磷农药中毒患者的有效急救与护理措施,为今后的工作提供依据。方法选取37例有机磷农药中毒患者,给予相应护理与急救措施,对其临床资料进行分析。结果轻中度中毒患者急救成功率为100.0%;4例重度中毒患者中死亡1例,总急救成功率为97.3%。结论及时的抢救措施与相应的细致护理可以有效提高有机磷农药中毒患者的急救成功率,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate effective first aid and nursing measures for organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients.Methods There were 37 organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients receiving targeted first aid and nursing measures. Their clinical data were analyzed.Results The success rate of first aid for mild and moderate poisoning patients was 100.0%. There was 1 death case among 4 severe patients, with a total success rate as 97.3%.Conclusion Timely first aid measures and corresponding nursing can effectively improve the success rate in treating organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients. This method is worthy of clinical promotion.
