静脉泵入血管活性药时安全封管方法的研究

摘　　要：目的研究静脉泵入血管活性药时传统封管方法和改良封管方法对患者心律、血压的影响。方法 120例接受心脏手术的患者,随机分为改良组和常规组,每组60例。改良组采用改良方法封管,常规组采用传统方法封管,并通过床边心电监护监测封管时心率、心律、血压等生命体征的变化情况。结果改良组与常规组比较,封管心律失常发生率更低、血压波动幅度小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对血流动力学不稳定的患者,静脉泵入血管活性药时采用改良封管方式,可避免血压、心率的大幅度波动,有利于避免不良后果的发生。Objective To research the influence of traditional and modified tube sealing methods on heart rate and blood pressure of patients during intravenous pumping of vasoactive drug.Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing cardiac surgery were randomly divided into modified group and conventional group, with 60 cases in each group. The modified group received modified tube sealing method, and the conventional group received traditional method. Changes of heart rate, heart rhythm, and blood pressure during tube sealing were monitored by bedside electrocardiogram monitoring.Results Compared with the conventional group, the modified group had lower incidence of arrhythmia in tube sealing and less blood pressure fluctuations. Their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Implement of modified tube sealing method for patients with hemodynamic instability during intravenous pumping of vasoactive drug can prevent fluctuations of heart rate and blood pressure, thus it can avoid adverse consequences.
