摘 要:开发了一种具有更优黏合力、力学性能和环保耐用性的玻璃线用于增强氢化丁腈橡胶制作复合材料。由于这种复合材料将玻璃纤维的力学性能与橡胶的弹性结合在一起,因此具有广泛的应用前景,尤其是用作同步带组件。尽管玻璃线的初始水解与耐磨损性能较差,但是通过在玻璃线表面包覆甲醛与间苯二酚树脂并采用环保手段改性,能够使涂层玻璃线具更优黏合力、力学性能及环保耐用性。通过组合所用的表征方法及改变涂层的组分,为深入认识涂层玻璃线/氢化丁腈橡胶复合材料界面的形成提供参考。Glass cord with enhanced adhesion strength,improved mechanical strength and increased environmental durability had been developed to enhance hydrogenated nitrile-butadiene rubber composite. Their use was perspective due to a benefical combination of mechanical properties of glass fibers and elastic properties of polymers,especially used as a component of timing belts. Despite a low initial hydrolysis or corrosion resistance of glass cord,using a polymer coating based on resorcinol-formaldehyde resin and improved in an eco-friendly way,a benefical level of both adhesion and mechanical strength as well as an appropriate level of environmental durability had been achieved. The combination of characterization methods used and the opportunity to vary systematically,the composition of glass fiber / hydrogenated nitrile-butadiene rubber composites had provided a deeper insight into interface formation in such structures.
