摘　　要：介绍了棉精梳机上的一种自动清洁系统。在该自动清洁系统中,气缸带动剥棉棒在设定的周期内按设定次数进行动作,当剥棉棒离开皮辊时,沉积在剥棉棒与皮辊之间的杂质被吸风系统吸走,使牵伸区无杂质,解决了皮辊被棉网缠绕的问题,从而大幅降低了停车次数,有效提高了棉精梳机的工作效率。An automatic cleaning system on cotton comber machine was introduced. With the automatic cleaning system, the stripping stick was driven by the cylinder working at a set number of times within a set period, when stripping stick left roller, the impurities deposited between the stripping stick and the roller were absorbed by suction system, which made the draft zone without impurities, solved the cotton nets, and greatly reduced the number of parking, improved efficiency problem of the roller wound by of cotton comber effectively.
