股骨近端髓内钉螺旋刀治疗股骨粗隆间骨折临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨股骨近端髓内钉螺旋刀（PFNA）治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法采用PFNA治疗股骨粗隆间骨折患者96例，观察治疗效果。结果术后随访12～15个月，均达骨性愈合。按Sanders髋关节功能评分标准，优62例，良28例，可6例，优良率为93．75％。结论PFNA治疗股骨粗隆间骨折手术创伤小，固定良好，并发症少，利于早期功能锻炼。Objective To investigate the effect of proximal femoral intramedullary nail with spiral blade（PFNA） on femoral intertrochanteric fractures. Methods Ninty-six patients with intertrochan- terie fracture of femur received PFNA treatment, the curative effect was observed. Results The patients were followed up for 12 - 15 months, all of them were healed. According to Sanders hip score, 62 cases were excellent, good in 28 cases, 6 cases were fair, the excellent and good rate was 93.75%. Conclu- sions PFNA in therapy of intertroehanteric fractures can reduce the operation wound, has good fixation and less complications, and is benefit for the early functional exercise.
