阿昔洛韦联合干扰素治疗小儿EB病毒感染

摘　　要：目的探讨阿昔洛韦联合干扰素治疗小儿EB病毒感染的临床效果。方法选取长治市妇幼保健院儿科2012年6月至2014年6月收治的46例EB病毒感染患儿作为研究对象，按照随机分组法将其分为对照组和观察组，对照组给予阿昔洛韦治疗，观察组给予阿昔洛韦联合干扰素治疗，观察两组患儿的临床效果。结果经过有效治疗后，观察组显效17例，有效5例，无效1例，总有效率为95．6％；对照组显效11例，有效4例，无效8例，总有效率为65．2％，观察组总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗第10天观察组EBV—DNA阳性2例，阴性20例，转阴率为87．O％；对照组阳性9例，阴性12例，转阴率为52．2％，观察组转阴率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论阿昔洛韦联合干扰素治疗小儿EB病毒临床效果明显，值得在临床推广应用。virus infection in ties of Changzhi Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acyclovir combined with interferon EB pediatric. Methods Forty-six children with EB virus infection in department of pediat- maternal and child health hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected as research subjects. According to the randomization method, they were divided into control group and observation group. The control group were treated with acyclovir treatment, and observation group were treated with acy- clovir combined with interferon treatment, and the clinical effects of the two groups were observed. Results After effective treatment, 17 cases were excellent, effective in 5 cases, one case was invalid in the observa- tion group, the total effective rate was 95. 6% ; in the control group, 11 cases were excellent, effective in 4 cases, 8 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 65.2%. The difference of the total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈0. 05）. On the 10th day, two cases of EBV-DNA- positive and negative patients with 20 cases, the negative rate was 87. 0% in the treatment group, and posi- tive in 9 cases, negative in 12 cases, the negative rate was 52. 2% in the observation group, the difference of the negative rate between the two groups was statistically significant（P,0. 05）. Conclusions Acyclovir combined with interferon has obvious effect on children with EB virus, it is worth clinical application.
