摘　　要：介绍了新型四帘式交叉折叠铺网机的设计方案和实际运行情况。通过新式落棉辊机构和其他结构设计方案,解决了四帘式交叉铺网机的飘网现象,同时实现多层纤维网输出。新型四帘式交叉折叠铺网机的铺网输出面密度可达3 000 g/m2,能满足某些针刺非织造布生产工艺的特殊要求。The design scheme of new type four curtain crosslapper machine and the actual operation were introduced. Through the new noil roller mechanism and other structural design scheme, the fiber net drift phenomenon problem was solved, at the same time, the multi-layer fiber net output was achieve. New type four curtain crosslapper machine output fiber mesh density up to 3 000 g/m^2 , the special requirements to meet some needle punched nonwovens production process.
