摘 要:为提高表面活性物质在泡沫分离液相的吸附,开发了一种液相安装垂直筛板构件的新型泡沫分离塔,以传统液相无构件的泡沫分离塔为对照塔,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为体系,考察了装有垂直筛板构件的塔板层数、板间距和垂直帽罩数对气泡大小、SDS吸附密度和平衡时间的影响。结果表明在液相添加垂直筛板构件能有效增加SDS的吸附密度并缩短平衡时间。在塔板层数为5、板间距为60 mm和垂直帽罩数为4时,SDS吸附密度比对照塔提高58.8%。In order to intensify interfacial adsorption of surfactants in foam separation, a novel foam separation column was developed using a vertical sieve tray (VST) as an internal part in the liquid pool. A traditional foam separation column without any internals in the liquid pool was used as the contrast column for comparison, and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) was used as the model surfactant. The effects of tray numbers, tray spacing and the amount of the vertical sieve caps in each tray on the bubble diameter, the amount of SDS adsorbed on the bubble surface and the equilibrium time were studied. The results show that the VST internal can significantly increase the adsorbed amount of SDS and decrease the equilibrium time. The maximum adsorption density of SDS on the bubble surface was obtained at tray numbers of 5, tray spacing of 60 mm and the amount of the vertical sieve caps of 4, which increases 58.8% compared with that of the contrast column.
