摘 要:以壳聚糖盐酸盐(chitosan hydrochloride,简称CHC)、壳聚糖-聚丙烯酰胺阳离子三元聚合物P(CMTC-AM-DMC)和聚甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(PDMC)作为分散剂,解决水热合成钛酸钾晶须过程中晶须的团聚问题。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对样品的形貌和长径比进行表征,考察了三种分散剂对钛酸钾晶须分散效果的影响,用X射线光衍射(XRD)和热重分析(TG)分析了所合成晶须的结构和热稳定性。结果表明,CHC添加量为4%-5%时,略有分散效果,且合成晶须的长径比为100-170;P(CMTC-AM-DMC)添加量为3%时分散效果较好,且合成晶须的长径比为100-175;PDMC添加量为5%时对晶须的分散效果最好,所合成晶须的长径比为130-270,在三种分散剂中,PDMC的分散效果最好。且分散剂及分散剂的种类对晶须结晶度影响不大,并且晶须具有良好的高温热稳定性。The problem of potassium titanate whisker (PTW) agglomeration under hydrothermal synthesis conditions was resolved by adding different polymer dispersants such as chitosan hydrochloride (CHC), the terpolymer P(CMTC-AM-DMC) and PDMC. The effects of these polymers on the morphology and length to diameter ratio of PTW were studied with SEM and TEM, and the crystallinity and thermal stability of the synthesized whisker were analyzed by XRD and TG. Experimental results show that adding 4%-5% CHC has certain dispersion effects and the length to diameter ratio of the synthesized whisker is 100-170. When 3% P(CMTC-AM-DMC) is added, the length to diameter ratio of the synthesized whisker is 100-175. PDMC has the most effective result and the best dispersity is achieved by adding 5% PDMC, which shows that the length to diameter ratio can up to 130-270. The type of dispersants has little effect on PTW crystallization and using them all of the whiskers synthesized have good crystallinity and excellent thermal stability.
